1. What is the coverage of the Shopee Supermarket MY delivery area?
The coverage delivery area is in Malaysia only.
2. Do we deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak)?
Yes, we do. It would take approximately around 5-7 days to deliver the products to Sabah & Sarawak.
However, do note that dangerous goods (e.g. aerosol & spray) cannot be delivered to East Malaysia due to courier restrictions.
3. How long will it take for delivery to arrive?
West Malaysia
i) Doorstep Delivery:- approximately 3-5 days
East Malaysia
i) Doorstep Delivery:- approximately 5-7 Days
4. Can I still change my shipping address after I just placed an order?
Yes. You may still edit the address or products if the parcel has yet to be processed.
